Diet or Personel eating rutin arrangment?

Almost 10 years story of my getting weight started. So I started to note the things to do, not to do !!!
( Note please written story exacly original story of mine and very personal, never I advised you to follow or try any of them also I'm not professional and don't have any related acucation about healt sector)
To do :
1-Check yourself carefully when do you realize the problem- I realize too late after get weight 5 kg and more than 3 years couldn't lost any single gram, big surprise 35 years no problem about weight but suddenly find out that is problem....
2-Wthat I can do : something to do different to daily routine or try to get help from a profesional.-selected hard one. I CAN DO IT !!!!. Ok this is kind of freedom and a option. But possible. May be not but I have to know. So I could say the end of story I did everything I can but I will check WHY with doctor and I will take support from nutritionist COUSE I COULDN'T.
